Healing
I have always been interested in 'alternative therapies' and finally decided to go for a Reiki in the summer of 2000. I went onto have many sessions, facinated by how something invisible could make things so different and finally became attuned to the healing system. Making my way through three attunements with a teacher in Swindon, England, I became a 'reiki master' and also qualified in Indian Head Massage and Reflexology.
Taking my Reiki to Japan in December 2002, I chose not to reopen my healing business and started to study many courses. In England I did an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) course and became very interested in Crystals, Aromatherapy, Bach Flower Remedies but I have chosen over the past eight or so years to follow many personal development courses mainly via Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer (channelling Orin and Daben at www.orindaben.com ) and Chris Sell (channelling Sananda and Sanat Kumara at www.heaven-on-earth.co.uk )
In 2008 I spent a lot of time using work produced by Michelle Eloff (channeling Lord Kuthumi at http://www.thelightweaver.org/ )
All this development has improved my overall wellness and life and has allowed me to offer a very multi coloured and multi layered healing service! People have said that they feel very 'clear' and 'light' when they have been receiving healing from me.
Via Chris Sell I have learnt how to be in the gridwork of light and offer a healing space and as a Light Body Graduate I have been able to incorporate light body techniques to enhance my healing space. I have become a member of two groups via www.heaven-on-earth.co.uk - Many Hearts Make Light Work and Living the Light and have been learning to use the Christ Light. So along with my Reiki I have a symphony of beautiful energies to call upon. The next thing to do is to introduce you to them and see if you would like to soak them up in a holistic therapy session.
I have met many lovely Reiki Masters and Atunees whilst living in Japan and attended a Reiki Share in Osaka via Yuko Kubota's Facebook Group. Yuko and I have also offered an 'Introduction to Reiki' Workshop for FEW 'Foreign Executive Woman' members and hope to continue in the future introducing people to this very pleasant and helpful energy called Reiki. I also run my own lightworking Facebook group.
I am currently doing the graduate light-body courses with Duane Packer and Daben and have just started on Sanaya Roman's and Orin's new course 'Transcending the Ego'. (Let's see what the future brings :)
From 10th August 2010 I will be back in England to live permanently and will be offering my holistic therapy service within the Swindon area but will be travelling with my therapies, photography and written work to many shows, exhibitions and events.
I am just about to learn Swedish Massage and look forward to adding that to my list of skills in February 2011 plus I will be learning Thai Massage shortly, so 2011 will see me expanding my services quite a bit!
